For this new State and Regional Primary Care Association (PCA) Cooperative Agreements Program opportunity, HRSA is asking state or regional PCAs to submit plans to provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to existing and potential Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes. Successful applicants will increase access to care, achieve operational excellence, and improve health outcomes and health equity in their state or regions through these services. Over $53 million in funds is available for the anticipated 52 agreements. Applicants may request a funding amount that is equal to or less than the current annual PCA award for the state or region.
