RWJF Announces Funding for Nursing Scholars
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s (RWJF) has announced the availability of over $5 million for the Future of Nursing Scholars Program. The program is aimed at supporting a generation of PhD nurse leaders to serve as researchers, innovators, policymakers, nurse leaders, and faculty. Schools with research-focused PhD programs in nursing are eligible to apply. The RWJF anticipates supporting up to 75 scholars at selected schools with $75,000 each over a three-year period. A $50,000 school match is required.
Applications are due by October 1, 2014.
