Up to 10 communities across the country can compete for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Culture of Health Prize, which honors outstanding community efforts and partnerships that are helping people live healthier lives. The deadline for the $25,000 cash prize and extensive public recognition is September 17, 2014.
