The Grant Professionals Association (GPA) will host its 14th Annual National Conference October 17-20, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indianapolis. More than 600 attendees are expected at the conference, which features four pre-conference sessions, 60 workshops for varying skill sets and special interests, keynote speaker Stacy Palmer (Editor of The Chronicle of Philanthropy) and several other top-notch speakers. Presentations will target beginning, intermediate and advanced professionals. Founded in 1997, GPA is a nonprofit membership association existing to build and support “an international community of grant professionals committed to serving the greater public good by practicing the highest ethical and professional standards.” The association has nearly 2,000 active members representing all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
