The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has announced the availability of $5 million for Family to Family Health Information Centers.

Centers are expected to provide information, education, technical assistance, and peer support to families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) and professionals who serve such families. Virtually all pubic and private entities are eligible to apply. HRSA anticipates awarding up to 51 grants of up to $95,700 per applicant per year for up to three years. Applications are due December 16, 2014.
