The Family Caregiver Alliance is accepting applications on behalf of the Rosalinde and Arthur Gilbert Foundation for the Rosalinde Gilbert Innovations in Alzheimer’s Disease Caregiving Legacy Awards. Three awards of $20,000 each will be given to programs that lead the way in addressing the needs of Alzheimer’s caregivers in three categories: Creative Expression, Diverse/Multicultural Communities, and Policy and Advocacy. Eligible entities include not-for-profit organizations, government agencies and universities that want to address a community need through a program or project that focuses mainly on family, informal caregivers of adults with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia. The deadline to apply is Friday, September 18, 2015.
