Our Process
  • Assess
    Assess

Not sure if a grant opportunity is worth pursuing? Concerned the process won’t yield results? We have a keen eye for interpreting grant solicitations, determining organizational readiness, and suggesting alternatives. Nine times out of ten, this is where we begin with a new client.

  • Manage
    Manage

You rely on grants to advance your research. We understand the complex nuances of funding agencies. We establish timelines, ask tough questions, facilitate meetings, guide you through the process, and keep everyone on task.

  • Write
    Write

Once the project scope is defined, we get to work. We have a well-established process of outlining, drafting, refining, and polishing content in a collaborative, efficient manner.

  • Submit
    Submit

We’ll submit the application or give you what you need to do it on your own. We navigate a wide variety of online grant portals with ease, troubleshoot submission glitches, track application status, and when necessary, write appeals.

  • Learn
    Learn

Grant-seeking is not a quick process and the competition for federal and foundation grants is tough. The time from application to award can be eight months or more and the success rate for first-time applicants less than 10 percent. Whether successful or not, each application is an opportunity to gain insight and an important step forward. We’re in it together and will help interpret reviewers’ feedback.
